We know the importance and the positive effects of feeling able to take control of your own emotional health and wellbeing. Our services extend to those wanting to book their own personal consultations with one of our accredited therapists.

Our 60 minute sessions are offered remotely using an online meeting platform, and provide a safe and confidential space to speak openly about how you are feeling, reflect on measurements of key indicators of health and wellbeing and consider any changes you would like to make.
You will be sent a personalised report following your session.
